I purchased one of these today. I found it very intriguing I had no idea as you say it to be so common. you are the only one that has anything on this orchid. once again I am so thankful that you are here.

I just got to this vid cause you quickly answered my question. I got this one as my first non phalaenopsis. My has smaller flowers, but I really prefer it that way cause I dont like orchids with huge ones. About the fragrance, I hope it will get more intense as I care for the plant, but for now its like very floral and subtle, not really that sweet. Maybe mine is a slightly different hybrid. Thanks a lot for the information and quick response, your channel is the best.

Hi, my pleasure :) on mine the fragrance is not very strong, it will remain pretty mild but very nice indeed :) there is a whiter version of this actually that I like a bit more ;) kzread.info/dash/bejne/qKWEzpRwn6jffZs.html it's common in stores too and has slightly larger blooms :)

I have this orchid and love is. The blooms are now gone but i have three new growths :) dont know if this is normal? One bulb is producing 2 new ones

Roelien Algra yes all normal, the orchid can produce 2 shoots at a time :)

Yess I am starting to get back to my usual routine :P I'm still a bit nazal though lol

I just bought one of these and to me it smells like a candy cane - which is appropriate given it's red+white colours!
