Doubt it, she’s powerful but rumple is on a different level, her magic is limited to an extent whereas he has learned hundreds of different uses perhaps thousands for his magic not to mention all the magical items he possesses, he’s the dark one and more importantly he’s rumpel fucking stiltskin

It is implied she could defeat him at that point since she is wielding Emma’s and Elsa’s magic plus her own magic

No, she's just being arrogant. Even Rumple warns her not to overestimate her power.

Can anybody explain to me why Rumple didn't just whip out the hat and use it on her right there? He needed to fill the hat with magic, why not hers instead of Emma's? If he had, he might even have been seen as a hero for saving the town! Just why?

propably because the snow queen knows what the hat is and would attack him before he had a chance to use it

@@The_Memorial He had the audacity to show it to her and let her know he had it, he could have just used it on her... And I highly doubt she was powerful enough to stop the Dark One.
