We visit the Rispin Mansion located at 2000 Warf Road in Capitola California built by Henry Allen Rispin in 1921 and later ran by Nuns, but they "abandoned the property due to chilliness and the strange attraction it had with the local population." It is also rumored that Micheal Jackson was going to buy the property back when it was in it's abandoned condition.
