I'm new to Lmp1/2 racing, so do they two foot the throttle and brake or only use right for throttle and brake?

They probably brake with left. They only have to use the clutch to start and nowadays some cars are even starting to have the clutch on the steering wheel or automatic clutch.

yeah I mean H are completely gone in modern racing except maybe some minor races with semi street cars or old timer racing.
