This was back before Shogun produced quality shells that are worth buying. It seems like they were trying too hard to stand out from the rest of the pack with these shells and it didn't quite work out. At this point, these shells are strictly a collector's item if you can find them.

Try making your own rising effect. Attach half of a pack of firecrackers to the top of a good canister shell with string. Run quick fuse in place of the beginning of the safety fuse down the opposite side of the canister fuse so it is lit by the lift charge. Want a different rising effect, try different things. I liked to attach crackling balls to the top of a good canister or mini-magnums minus the lift cups.

Wow, I was slightly disappointed when I saw them fire. I expected them to be a little more exciting. Oh well, great video, Joel!

The crackling effect was one of the balls on top. Like so he can see!!

There problably isnt any videos of this on the shogun websites cause they want to sell it looking like 3 mini shells and not everyone watching it and finding out it is just two mini bursts instead of 3

Those would look a lot better if the shells on top were actually rising effects.

I had some before and they only had 2 effects

Take it apart and see if one is a dud or false looks like 3 but really only 2 maybe

We got some for free last year to demo... and were very disappointed...They had good height but for a can shell they sucked... They should have put the effects in the shell for a better bang... maybe....

that looked like my display on new years i didn't have those shells but my shells didn't go very high and what made it worse is that my little cousin was there and one got stuck in the tube. i think it was the cardboard that was worn out they need to stop making cardboard tubes

save your money, get good can shells . those were fairly anemic .

I wasn't to impressed with the effects. The shells themself were verybright and colorful but once they fired, it wasn't what I expected. Deffinently not a good buy. Maybe for a $1 a shell it would be worth buying.
