He's one from my people so I did watched it all the way through. In the third restaurant he picked a piece of rice roll then dropped it to switch to a better piece. That's a big no no in table etiquette overseas. His people would give him the anti American look.

@@babyshaya duck sauce is totally not hong kong, maybe oyster sauce, but you dont get duck sauce served at dimsums, maybe when you order duck, they give you a little. ordering duck however is not common during dimsums either.
