Pretty close. It´s referred to the the Battle of Mukden, the final land battle of the Russian-Japanese war from 1905.

Uf, es-moll isn't the most convenient key. Worths trying though. That war was tragic for Russian empire, but it helped such a beautiful waltz to appear. Thank you for posting this arrangement!
