You could report this as animal neglect. Those are below subpar conditions, I can tell many of those animals are malnourished and sickly. They need proper care, care which that store is obviously not giving them. As a reptile owner, this has me deeply upset.

Tortoises look really pyramided gotta give them more water and calcium

Poor reptiles their enclosures are so tiny, that hamster looks terrified and those guinea pigs look malnourished
