What’s funny is about the T. rex thing and cheesy at I believe 1:54:00 is that the first fossil of a T. rex was found in Montana not in Egypt so he may be a bit off there 😁 but we love cheesy anyway

I mean technically yes but if you don't know much about fossils and just know the pictures I can definitely see how you'd go to the desert/Egypt and all the rest were really good clues so if they didn't focus on that one clue I think they would've still got it

Don't feel bad cheesy I guessed T Rex immediately They were hyper focusing on clues too literally and not as concepts

To Platy's point, being good at trivia isn't *necessarily* indicative of intelligence, but it *can* be. Knowing the answer is just rote memorization, but surmising the answer based on other facts you know *is* intelligence. A good example of this is the "decimate" question. Everyone figured out that dec- is Greek for 10 so that pretty much gave you all the answer based on the choices given.

Talking Points is a funny concept but it's definitely more of a stupid funny - I kinda wish the game was more replayable. It would also be cool if the game had their own artwork (like Mysterium cards) rather than just using random stock photos.

ive found with blather round-depending on your guesses, the next prompts are based on the guesses. i always do broadway shows as my guesses and the prompts later are always broadway related. or i always put jesus as my first guess and it does biblical prompts.
