I'm on ACL recovery, also lost weight, the pain was so extreme after surgery that it killed my appetite, lost like 10 pounds of muscle off my leg and like 10 pounds of weight off my upper body, getting all the muscle back takes like 1-2 years if you work hard. Can't imagine tearing 3 different ligaments like he did.
