Ravish I had similar cervical issue infact my nerve is pinched so I had sharp burning pain in the right hand too wherever that nerve passed from ,after doing everything even acupuncture etc but ultimately what helped is physiotherapy and a nerve calming tablet which is strictly to be taken only for 6-7 weeks but physiotherapy works wonderful ok cervical

Thanks for the tip. I am also planning to goto physiotherapy. I have already bought a few sessions with chiropractors so will try in a few days.

Always go to physiotherapist Never go to chiropractor . Incase you need surgery for spine issues like slip disc no surgeon will touch you in usa . God forbid you ever need that. Another tip join the buy nothing group in your area. Our is awesome we didn’t have to buy any moving supplies or plants . My kids hate haircuts too lol. They want them long.

Check your vitmain b12,vitamin D, sleep on the floor with no pillow..Also go to a chiropractor and once he pulls your neck all the stress will go away..
