For her own safety, I think she shouldn't be alone in her patrol car if it's the case. Only one cop per car is not necessarily a good thing but a woman cop alone could be even more dangerous for her. I hope that she is sometimes accompanied and that will not happen to her. She may be a very good policewoman, but there are realities in this world that we cannot unfortunately ignore.

NOW WE KNOW WHY-- A former member of the Chief's advisory board informs us that the Police Union and racist members of the SLPD lost their minds when the chief DARED to hire an extremely qualified African American Woman as a Lieutenant. SO WRONG and Disgusting of them.
I'd bet real money this is a publicity stunt after something embarrassing happened.
