Ray Charles can see this "defendant" is lying about the money. Her whole story and body language speak volumes of someone who is self-absorbed and sneaky. Amazing how she can claim neglect so boldly, but took the money without hesitation. JM really showed that he is imperfect in his judgements, and ered on his human side in this one. Awful case.

Once that man admitted he forced her to sign it , his case was over. Regardless if she truly owed the money or not I believe he gave it to her in hopes of getting back with her. Once he realized she didn't want him he served her the papers that same day.

Clearly he wasn’t the only one she was involved with. I disagree with JM dismissing the plaintiff case - he should’ve won and she need to pay him.

Her story is all over the place. At first, the reason she felt neglected was because of the show she described. But then later when he brings up she had other dudes there, she says the relationship was already failing because he was neglectful. She never gave any other examples of him being neglectful. She just wanted somebody to do what she said at all times

I am so disappointed by the judge's atitude..he never gave the guy any chance. This is completely ridiculous.

Why is the Judge taking everything she says as the gospel truth? He seems more credible than her and the judge pulled some nonsense out his behind talking about he committed a crime? Was he charged? Did she file a police report? Who is the judge to determine he committed a crime .. extortion? Decision is garbage. He pulled a lot of nonsensical legal gymnastics & reached into a bag of mumbo jumbo to give her a weak defense for not paying. Shameful.

1.) If the ring was actually new, He would have the ring box that would’ve come WITH THE NEW RING and he’d have the receipt. 2.) If I was being neglected by my man’s, I wouldn’t wanna be truthful/talk to him either. So therefore, the Plaintiff ultimately committed three crimes, as Judge Mathis said, whilst trying to get a promissory note.

She's a terrible person, I could tell from her demeanor from when he was telling his side that she cheated and was going to blame him. Then she is mad he wasn't watching her purse, what is he a servant? She could see the purse from the stage and him on the phone, so it couldn't have been a big place lol. She probably keeps failing in everything because of her attitude.

Regardless of anything, she borrowed the money and signed a promissory note promising to pay back. Be a Woman of your word. The loan repayment wasn't contingent on the status of the relationship. When he wanted her to sign the promissory note, if she felt she was under duress to sign, then I feel she should have refused to accept the loan
