Please elaborate. I would like like to understand your position. And to which conflict are you referring? I would like to hear your points on how the U.S. started a conflict. The one where U.S. forces are protecting international commercial ships from unprovoked missile attacks at sea from the Houthi? Why are they shooting missile's at civilian vessels? Or maybe the conflict between Israel and Gaza that started when the Palestinians conducted a surprise unprovoked attack on Israeli communities and murdered 1200+ unarmed civilians in their homes? Not sure how that was a U.S. issue? The U.S was the largest donor to UNRWA in 2021 and has been the major funder of that organization since 2009. Of course U.S. has also provided extensive financial aid to Israel since formation, which is fine, but they now seem to be well off and not sure why they need more free money from the U.S. at this point just like the rest of the world. Last I heard was $14 billion for Israel and $9 billion for Gaza. That's nice. Guess U.S. taxpayers have to pony up and work a little harder to pay more taxes for that. Then we also need work harder to pay $100+ billion or so to Ukraine. Then there's all the other counties with their hands out that we involuntarily work hard to send free billions to. Well, free for them, not for us. @@bcbeasters

Sailors don't usually get days off, so what else is new? Let's also not forget about those in the silent service. Serving on any boat is high intensity especially if you are on a carrier or anything else with a flight deck. The flight deck is the real danger zone, truly one of the most dangerous places/jobs in the world. I feel bad for these crew members as they really aren't getting any port calls, hopefully they will get a good one when they are relieved. A big BZ to Captain Hill seems like a really great CO. THEY SERVE TO PRESERVE !! They serve to preserve our forefathers dreams, Prayers, visions and determination. Risking all in pursuit of fulfillment of duty To God, freedom, faith, honor and nation. Despite dismemberment, death and loneliness Patriots enlist to safeguard our flag. With honor, faith, purpose and courage They battle the sadistic that brag. Throughout man’s past as a creature of earth War has always plagued his expectance. Greed, hate, fear, envy and rage Have overruled rapture and repentance. David was a soldier who lived by his faith Which gave him the will to become brave. He stood up to terror and toppled the giant Leaving Goliath headless and alone in his grave. David’s call thrives in hearts of soldiers today Shielding liberty from the warmongers of hell. Facing down evil refusing to summit Ensuring freedom and justice are alive and well. Those of us blessed by the safety of home Must remember the sacrifice of the few. Run up your flag and show your support For the heroes of the red, white and blue. By Tom Zart!
