Deck 2 looks resembles a Japandi garden. The "woodwork" (is it real wood? Does no wood on ships apply to small ships?) is so streamlined and beautiful. A modern take on a classic design. That you do not see in cabins on small ships or big ships anymore. So much attention to detail. I want that countertop...just, maybe in blue.

Wonderful tour! That’s the largest cabin I’ve ever seen on a River Cruise ship!

I can’t believe you need that many shoes. We take a pair of walking shoes/runners and a more dressy pair, that is it. Luggage allowance dictates. Thx for great tour. Thx, well done as usual.

Oh my goodness - this room is beautiful! I was really impressed with the technology in the Virgin cabins, but that screen in your cabin here is absolutely amazing! My only fear would be that screen staying on (or being dimly lit) through the night - I hate any light source in my room when I'm sleeping, so I'd have to take stuff to tape over that, ha! Great tour as always!

Haha, yes, even when turned off it still emitted some light so an eye mask would be the order of the day for you. Didn’t bother us too much but we’re the type that sleeps with our curtains open so 🤷😆

Nothing concrete in the planning at the moment but would love to try them at some point. From what we’ve seen they look to be very elegant and luxurious.

The cabin looks lovely. However….. Am I correct that after going to the loo you have to open 2 doors (loo door & Bathroom door) before being able to wash your hands? If so, a real design flaw in my view. Really looking forward however to the full ship tour and eateries! OTBC 🙏👍

You are correct. We always left the door to the actual bathroom so only one door to open but you’re right, I would prefer a basin in the toilet too.

In Europe we use ISO standards, i.e. centimeters, meters or square meters. It calculates more easily than imperial units like inches or sqft. Oh yes, one more thing, money can't buy you a class.

There's always room service but we didn't use it so I'm afraid I can't comment accurately. :)

It’s mostly European so would suggest bringing at least one adaptor 👍
