This!! This!! Yes!! I write for me. Writing it’s my passion, my hobby, my spare time pick. I never want it to be my career. My career is content creating AND being mama and grandmother. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. Also.. Published 7 books in ten years.. still not bad for part timing it.

First of all, congrats on graduating! That's a huge deal! Second, if it makes you feel better, I'm the same with social media. If I don't have anything to say, I don't post for weeks at a time. Also, I work in social media management, so by the time I've finished publicizing someone else's posts, I don't feel like looking at anything social media related for my own accounts. However, in the last 2 months, I have had things to share and my posts are still spread far from each other, but I'm now at 2 posts a week. I guess preparing to publish a book helps lol This week was hard to keep up (I managed somehow) because Fiona hit us here in Puerto Rico and the aftermath is disheartening. I live in an area that was not hit as hard as the rest of the island (flooding, enough to cover small cars, everywhere else).

Wow, thank you for sharing. I've always kind of felt like if I were to turn writing into a career, it would somehow lose its spark for me. I guess that feeling can span across a lot of careers, especially in social media!
