Chef santosh shah is way out of league chef RN for our country. Even it will take one more generations to get his achievement. His skills, knowledge about cuisine is far better. Sanjay, we are of similar age so thought to share some words, ma UAE ma basxu, my family is here: wife, son, daughter and myself. But sir, I don't want them to remember their national anthem as " ishy bilady"( national anthem of uae). Jati educated bhaye pani , whatever career bhayepni, I want my kids to stand up and feel the power of " rato ra Chandra surya", Khile aaula tyo samay sir??? Keen to support and await your kind response with those engineers who can built Nepal ( engineers bhaneko desh banaune legends)
