firstly i clicked the financial report of the himalayan distillery and i see the report extraordinary and want to see the profile of the company and owneres so on finnally i got the name of raj shah and searched the interview of the raj shah i found first podcast with Nirwan Chaudary and indulged to see more of it then i finally see full movie and life history of Raj Shah it feels sheer shock and blessed to have a leader like him and cosistency in mindset its reaally good platform and podcast Sanjya bro hats off all team and guests too
We would never learn his stories if not for this podcast, thanks bro

What a great podcast so much to learn and Raj sir has such a positive outlook in life great person indeed .
I really love this man. From his words towards the youth really make sure to being a Take risk ,being confidence, concerned ,leadership, and giving full facilities to their staff.And one of the best think is giving holiday twice a week. Really like this man. Bring more business man like him And sure youth will get more knowledge. AND I love their all brands of liquers.

Ofcourse being an entrepreneur, having your own business/venture & employing others should be the ultimate dream & one must risk it at some point, but this doesn't mean you skip the part of 1st being employed 9 to 5 in someone else's organization so that you groom yourself enough & learn the core skills & technical knowledge first yourself! Great listen anyways.
