I will try to get some of this. Once you get into Cognac you never go back. I used to love bourbon but since i got into Cognac i became real spoiled. I recommend any bourbon drinker to give it a try.
Funny thing about popular liquor is that most of it is actually trash compared to local smaller companies in the same price point. Big branding really only matters in the 100+ price point imo
