He has been through some rough times and it’s wonderful what he has going for him with this project. Not sure if we're gonna get one. They've been very dodgy when asked about a tour. I know Anderson has upcoming projects that he's working on and Bruno mentioned that Anderson has a reggae group that he is working with. Think he may also appear with Dr. Dre at the Superbowl. In the meantime, Bruno is also working on his new studio album and still has his residency in Vegas at MGM Resorts and some shows in Maryland. We may only get music videos and award show performances. Hope I'm wrong tho.😬🤷🏽‍♀️🤞🏽

I agreed with everything except Bruno being the top dog on this project. Bruno also spoke of how Anderson would get on the drums and dictate the groove of certain songs. Is Bruno the bigger star? Yes, he is. Bruno is also indeed as humble as they come because of how he’s sharing the spotlight with Anderson. On this project tho, there is no top dog, because they’ve equally put in the work to make this the project it is, along with everyone else that’s contributed to the album. Silk Sonic are musical equals.

@@HerbJr316 I agree that Anderson contributed a lot especially in writing, arrangements, as lead singer on certain songs and on the drums, and OTHERS contributed also to make everything happen, It's ok if you disagree, BUT EVEN ANDERSON ADMITTED IN AN INTERVIEW THAT BRUNO IS A GREAT LEADER!!!!! Bruno is the main perfectionist who has to feel good before releasing every song...... But please don't misunderstand just because I said Bruno is the top dog, because Anderson in my book is a legend in the making, and a multi talented genius, who played a major part in making this entire project from the start until now!!!!! The whole entire project started with Bruno and Anderson... Bruno could not have completed this album the way it was done without Anderson and others.. It was Bruno who kept bugging Anderson to come to the studio and work on some songs, and then afterward it was Bruno idea that they had to complete an album....

I’ve followed Bruno since BOB’s “Nothing on you”, and Paak since I saw his Tiny Desk Concert in 2017. I’ve seen both of their evolutions individually, and it’s been an amazing thing to witness their works develop into something legendary. But I want to also clarify the context of what you said… Anderson wanted to be on that next level popularity wise, which is one of the reasons why he was so adamant about bugging Bruno to do music with him. Paak had already won 2-3 Grammy’s, signed with a legend in Dr. Dre, and worked with some of the biggest & most legendary artists prior to linking with Bruno Mars. Bruno respects Paak so much & is so humble that, to your earlier point, that he ALSO took some pointers from Paak during their recordings, and shares the spotlight with him. However, that doesn’t merit Bruno to get more praise than Paak for that. I was supporting them equally heavy prior to Silk Sonic forming, and remain that way while they’re recording now. All I’m saying is that factually, neither artist deserves credit more than the other overall for the quality of music they’ve put together for us.
