$800 to paint a door!!😮 anyway, I noticed my dining chair frames are the same just the cushions are different. I didn’t realize they were a Arhaus dupe. I got mine from some random website after reverse Google searching a totally different chair. I got all 4 of mine for $450. You mentioned the tv stand is low. It’s actually not, but your tv looks like it was installed too high. Your house looks great for sure!!!

That office is going to look like a magazine once you’re done. I can see it🥰 such exquisite shelving and color choice! You nailed the black, white and neutrals color palette for your living room, looks so good 😍 and that huge plant pot is something unique!!! Also the branch on your fireplace is 💯 goes so well with the frame above it. And I looveee your wall art lights. That’s such a genius idea and it makes a difference in the decor. You guys wedding pictures looked so amazing too, not filling the entire frame up added an air of sophistication! I didn’t think picture frames could do that… that negative space and the walls put together with Black and white photos. It’s the little touches. 😍😍

15:36 It's funny you say that because actually Arhaus is very $$$$$ I think both RH and Arhaus are very much in line with each other. Love your decor, you have a really great eye! My favorite is the dining room table and chairs. I love the wine/bar sideboard table, and the whole look. But, if I could I have 2 recommendations: Add more height on the side, maybe a tall green plant. And, then change the grass from the small vases into a more profound larger planter to hold them in.

They are pricy but not as much as Rh 😅 Some of the same items I purchased from Arhaus on rh would be 2 to 3 times more 😬 Thanks so much 🤗🤗

@@MsNaturallyMary pacing yourself is actually the best way to go. It ensures you love every single thing you buy, versus decorating just to be done. I usually take upwards of 6months to decorate my space. You’re doing amazing so far and I love what you’ve done with your first floor.

The robe....phenomenal 🌟 We have very similar taste as most of our home decor/furniture is from either RH and Arhaus...with sprinkles of HomeGoods 😊 Beautiful home, Mary! I pray you have lots of love and laughter for many years to come!

I love the blue cabinets in the office and the round dining table. I hope you have some kind of padding on the base of the chairs to protect the floors. I eagerly wait for the continued decorating of the rest of the house and the outside as well.

Your home is beautiful. I ordered the frames with the same dimensions and I LOVE IT!

You have exquisite taste. I only have 1 suggestion, maybe add a little table with a lamp or statue between the 2 white chairs near the window and a little more greenery throughout the home. Im a live plant person, but since that's not your jam, 1 or 2 pops of greenery or even metal will add a little zuuge and warmth.

I love your home. It is so elegant and clutter free.

Just one area I would consider amending and it's the office where you are considering to sit with your back to the doors. I feel it would be aesthetically pleasing with a desk and the cupboard/cabinets as your background with some decorated pieces. I believe psychology says that when you operate a business, you should sit facing the opening/doors so you are able to see and guard yourself. It may be a myth, but I feel you should face an opening rather than your back to opening... apart from that amendment, the home is consolidating just perfectly 🥰 👏🏾👏🏾💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🙏🏽
