Okayy so, what is that equipment with which you were making the carrot cake batter?? And is it an important equipment in baking??
Ragi roti actually becomes soft if made from hot water-ragi ataa prep method. I make it on daily basis. If you ever make it again, try that way. If it was hard then it was totla or bhakri method which is also nice for the ones who prefer it that way.

Nice recipes Just a small suggestion - for the shakkarkandi chaat put some lemon juice when you garnish woth coriander The taste will get even better Do try it
