That omelet looked amazing . I’ve always hated most restaurants omelets because 9x out of 10 they brown it all over. For me it ruins the eggs flavor. When I order omelets now I always say to the server, No brown marks on the eggs please. They usually give me a weird look like I’m nuts. Of course then, and I think they do it on purpose, the omelette comes out completely raw & runny in the middle🤦🏼♀️. I’m going to show this video to my husband because he’s always teased me about being so picky about my eggs🥚. Now I can show him that Tyler & Matt say that NOT browning the omelette is part of making the BEST omelette😁!
