Correction....the Chrono is not 30min. It's 12 hours ( bottom dial moves a segment every 30 min like a Valjoux 7750)

Hi Tim, great review as ever. Any chance of doing of the new Chronomats you have in stock, or the BO1 Premier Rose Gold or Mulliner? I'm vaguely interested in picking up a BO1 movement chrono at some point. I'm also bored of the shops being shut and getting trigger happy! ;)

My granpa is with alzheimer and he gave this watch... good to know that is a amazing watch.... Need some polish but overall is perfect...

I like my 1995 in titanium instead of stainless steel. Absolutely love this watch.

I owned this watch when it first came out. "Serious quality," I loved it but had to part exchange it for a speedmaster because it was so heavy! (Very good looking watch though)

I had one over 25years and only wore it a few months n kept it in the drawer till now 5th October 2021. Bot sgd2200 and resale sgd 3800...not too great like rolex.

When did the little hands become red? Mine has white hands.

It's there! Have a look around the 4:36 mark. Lower case, same side as HEV. I owned the same watch for around 23yrs and sold it last year. 41.5mm is now too small for me. My current watch is a PO chrono 600M 45.5mm which is a beast!

Thick thing I like it! Just don’t get over the fact that Omegas bracelets do not taper even on the more slim sportwatches 😫😫 makes them so blocky

I have this exact watch. Can I run the chronograph past the 12th hour and can it be no indefinitely. I mean all the time.

Hey man, I just got this watch gifted to me. Not really into chronos so excuse me if it's a stupid question - but what's with the 12-hour subdial? Or at least, the one that shows 3-6-9-12? I've looked online and haven't found anything of substance. It stays at 12 and I can't find a setting on the crown for it, although the watch is pretty beat up. For example, it barely hand-winds, just starts threading back onto the case. Can I use this subdial for a second time zone? Or is it chronograph-related?

@@danielrosic2960 After you start the timer(click top right). The minutes at the top will cycle through. It is 30 minutes because sport divers (not professional) are only allowed to stay under for 30 minutes at a time. Once the minutes timer cycles twice thats one hour and the hour timer at the bottom will start moving. It's an hour timer for military like if you set the time for explosive to go off. Watch a war movie once in awhile or watch James Bond movie. That's why it is a professional dive watch. If your hour timer is not moving after an hour it is broken and needs repair.

This model is nice.. They Don make it any more.....

This watch did appear in a Bond movie ... on the wrist of one of the protagonist's goons.

Screw down crown and screw down helium escape valve but not screw down pushers? Does that make any sense? How could this be a dive watch?

Pushers are operable at full depth. Believe it’s the first such Chrono ever.

It wasn't that big on this version, and I never found it objectionable. The latest generation SMP has a much more obtrusive valve.
