NGL I worked the graveyard shift at a burger joint for years and dealt with a lot of fruitcakes. Ironically, they were often more polite than half of the sober customers. One guy was so high he forgot his order halfway through telling it to me, and yet still said please and thank you. The hell is your excuse, Karen?! Once you get past the EEEK factor, you see that the homeless/high/mentally ill crowd is actually quite harmless. They just want a burger or a place to rest for a bit.

No of course not, this is something made by a small group of people and they set up their operations in las vegas. This isn't a real grocery store, it's essentially a little museum sort of thing, and it certainly isn't a chain and they have their hands full just maintaining the one they have.

I was definately an “exceptional customer” at convergence station. Big shoutout out to all the actors there who picked up on it answered all my “exceptional questions”

the funny thing is, this is literally what they teach employees. "Good customer service means helping customers find what they're looking for. Suggest related items, so you make sure they have everything they need. Getting a printer? Suggest ink, printer paper, or both. Getting a notebook? Suggest pens or pencils."
