Great video. I lived several years in oman, we have the same conclusion. Oman is truly a very pleasant, peaceful and safe country. The Omanis are very welcoming. The nature is beautiful : the sea, the desert and the mountain. We always had great weekends

Well done, really good insight into Oman real estate market. All the information said are well articulated and close to the current situation. Though with his Majesty Haitham bin Tarik recent reforms and changes for housing and real estate legislation, we might expect more foreign investment within these ITC projects.

What a great video. I'm UK based with a young family thinking of relocating and I'm really struggling between Oman, Turkey or Malaysia. Its a tough decision. My friend works and lives in Dubai and he mentioned that Oman is the best part of the UAE hands down. My concern is living cost especially schools. In terms of work, I hope to work remotely for a UK company or maybe pick up a job in Oman. I wouldn't know where to start with the latter! Any agencies you would recommend?

There aren’t any jobs in Oman, such real estate residency does not give the right to work locally. You can work for a UK company though. Get in touch with Nicole, she runs a good real estate agency if you are looking to buy for residency: nicole@thewanderinginvestor.com

What about Healthcare (any free healthcare) like how it is in Qatar if you invest 1 Million USD? What is the min requirements for investment and how much is needed in USD per month to live there.

Private healthcare is cheap. No minimum investment required, just that you invest in one of the designated areas. But it’s not a work permit. You can’t get a job there or create a company based on this visa.

Any idea or input on this new project called AIDA by Darglobal in YITI area. If any one has some info on this project , I would appreciate some input. At the moment it’s only sale on plan and will be finished in 2027 . Thank you so much @thewanderinginvestor
