Introducing the Olympus mini-Hercules pugmill system by PavementGroup. You get a compact, beefy pugmill with 80tph output in a package that weighs in at under 10,000 pounds. Tow it with your pick up truck. A single 7.5 yd.³ bin is built low to the ground for ease of loading. At 9.5' wide, you can load it easily with a loader bucket. A low loading height of only 8' 8" high, makes it easy to load with a skid steer bucket. Options include an asphalt pump, water pump, bin vibrators, and Rice Lake loadcell. The mini-Hercules is fitted with four 12V electric leveling legs and six 4" drop-in landing legs. The 20" belt is fitted with a Martin spring-loaded belt scraper. We use Marathon motors, Dodge reducers Rice Lake load cells, Martin scrapers, SEW and ABB drives and panels. Our dual shaft pugmill is fitted with chromium hardened paddle tips, which are bolt on and reversible. A Hardox pugmill liner provides longevity and is replaceable. Mini-Hercules is easily transported behind a 1/2 ton pickup truck with towing package.
