Very honest and relevant coverage . To make Pakistan a successful sports loving country use your visual media like TV and dramas etc to popularise sports effectively. India is adopting this strategy.

I know a boxer in lahore who won golden gloves, has multiple degrees in sports science and nutrition from US and is teaching boxing in a gym here. He's one of the best coaches in Pakistan and just training young kids. Not utilized by Pakistan and us properly. He's amazing with his training skills can do wonders if put in the right place.

let me share a very funny yet true and absurd thing, although there are countless parks in bahria town lahore, the administration does not allow boys or even children to play cricket, football etc in any park, the moment you'll go to park to play, bahria security will come and take your football or wicket away and threaten to fine you. all this to force kids to join there cricket and football academies who's fee is totally unaffordable unless you belong to an elite family. this is Pakistan

This is so true. Street cricket is second to none too. You send your kids outside , neighbor’s will come out to complaint. You go for night cricket in Ramazan, police will come out to stop you. And then there comes mass housing societies which do not even allow kids to play football and cricket in their parks. Then they complaint kids have nothing to do, theres a reason they dont go outside .

@Junaid Akram: I live in New Zealand and every weekend my 8 & 11 year old boys play hockey on the same turf that national team plays on. In summer they often play cricket at Bay Oval (international stadium), the same pitch that black caps play their international matches on. Its all about providing equal opportunities from a very young age.

Same case with India, just focusing on cricket. But it's slightly better.

Besides, sports to wesay hi boht important hoti bachon ki growth aur learning keliye, and also healthy bhi, jab zada facilities hon zada kheli jayen to achievements become just a side product that will keep on coming. Their if you win a medal you can start your own coaching and make millions ..: or get hired by their national team or any other foreign team as a coach or expert and then make millions in few years … In developed nations schools, colleges give equal importance to sports …. @@shehzad_ali bruh youre telling me you need for spaces, literally go anywhere to wrestle. there are parks everywhere. look at daegistan, theyre poor af but are world champions. its all about people mentality. doesnt matter how much money u invest in. there are facilities is pakistan, some sports may not have it but there are facilities where you can wrestle. the problem with pakistanis is that theyre always begging the government, when it doesnt work like tht at all.

India is on ascending direction, only thing is Indians are choking in Olympics... particularly shooters...all the Indian shooters ranks 1st or 2nd in world but none of them could finish on podium..but still wrestling, boxing, hockey, Javelin throw, badminton all these can fetch 6-7medals.

Bitter truth of our country thnx sir for raising voice for the rights of athlete in our country being a player we have been suffering alot in our country no one is ready to sponser other sports due to lack of sponsers n financial issues we couldnt participate in olympic qualifying rounds thats why we couldnt qualify bcos we didnt hv proper training camps wht ever u said its voice of every athletes in our country moslty time we had to check the ticket price to save our money for remaining expenses of tour now govt has to come forward and make proper plan for next olympic n other competations mostly i hv watched ur all videos but this one is best one once again thnx alot sir

@@ZaidLogs bro what, youre telling me you cant find parks near you with grass? the same logic applies to cricket, cricket is limited in the streets like any other sports. wrestling is also good sport which is better than all those sports. look at the degastani brothers, they had no facualities but but became champions in wrestling. now they can build their own faculities.

Investment in sports is in the same category as education and health. Society should organize and participate in sports for their personal development and health. And when enough number of people participate you will get world class athletes as a side effect. I am involved in kids sports in the US, and that is the number one thing national sports organization emphasize to kids and their parents, that don't think about Olympics...just play for personal improvement and personality development. Because they know that when millions of kids are playing and trying to improve they will automatically get countless athletes who will be capable of being world champion

Junaid Bhai you are awesome. Its your first video I am watching and I loved it. I am from Sialkot Pakistan now living Melbourne Australia. After watching our squad in Olympics, I felt really bad and shattered. One of my best friend who is a wrestler and he won bronze medal in commonwealth games gold coast Australia in 2018 in heavy weight category, i asked him why there is no wrestler in Olympics from our side, he told me Pakistan Olympics even not organised their training camps.
