Pv Sindhu will face He Bing jiao & Chen yu fei at the R16 & pre Q. Chineese will defeat her probably bcz Sindhu is lagging behind every games. Lakshya sen will face Jonathan Christie who is really in good form so no hope for Lakshya. Prannoy who able to beat Axelson also could struggle with another ranked players. Really wanna see whether he could do it or not in his last Olympics. In womens doubles no expectations as they have a tough competition. The only hope is in Mens doubles where without errors they can conquer thd podium and make fly high the Indian flag

I think Sindhu will win for sure, she just changed other's focus on her by playing poor game in this year. Everyone knows that she's aiming for gold, just not to show her strategy to others. Wait and see She'll get gold ❤️

Not sure about sindhu. To assure a medal she needs to reach semis which would be really difficult looking at her current form. Her pace and attacking play have gone down completely. Most probably it should be from satchi. Not sure about lakshya nd prannoy too.

Only hope is from Satvik Chirag doubles. On age and current form, Sindhu is extremely unlikely. Men's singles are also quite low ranked, and being debut no hopes from them this time.

We have high chance for a medal in men's doubles category but the rest is doubtful ..

Let's be practical, I am a fan of Sindhu but she can't win this time. She has already given two. This time chances from Satchi and Lakshya Sen.

Chances are less in singles ....only MD are our biggest hope. In singles though chances look bleek...but I will bank on Lakshya given his ability to beat top 10 shuttlers like Shi yu qi, Antonsen, Li shi feng, Axelsen,Lee Zhi jia

Lakshaya is the future

Except Satwik-Siraj pair, nobody has a real chance. That's the real fact unfortunately. I too wish that India should get a medal in all fields of badminton which they participate. However, we have to accept the fact based on the players' recent performances.

Its sad that a country like India with huge population can't even produce gold medal level players in a sport which India does relatively well compared to other sports,Lakshya sen and Prannoy should give their best and i think Chirag and Satwik will also definitely win a medal,but no expectation for Gold unfortunately

Yes, but last year Treesha Gayatri wasnot in form... That's why Tanisha and Ashwini broke top 20 and qualified for Olympics...

Sat-chi will definitely bring a medal. But color they have to chose based on the opponents they get. Sindhu form has been down. Medal is questionable. This is also based on the opponents she gets. Lakshya and Prannoy they may get into R32/R16 . If they go beyond congratulations to them(Not expecting much from them)

No medal for sindhu. She waster her physical supremacy of height unllike axelsen who trains to make it an advantage for him. Also , she is no match for an se young, chen u fei etc. she is old and when she stoops she take an era to come back . Only medal this time possible is for satchi . thats it. Probably sen can try but that is also doubtful.

Pv Sindhu was not favourite in rio a 9th seeded and Nothing in her favours neither rank nor H2H . She lost to tai and Okuhara recently won 4 years ago before coming to Olympics no experience alos . Ans : 🥈

The London 2012 China--5 golds, 2 silver and 1 bronze, India 1 bronze The Rio 2016 China--2 gold and 1 bronze, India 1 silver The Tokyo 2020 China--2 gold and 4 silver, India 1 bronze China has to work harder to get back to its form and India has not missed a medal the last 12 yrs... same with Denmark 4 medals, Malaysia 5 medals, Japan 3 medals and Korea 3 medals.
