If you're looking for something beautiful (and free!) to do in Seattle, Olympic Sculpture Park is one of my favorite places to visit. Part of the Seattle Art Museum, this park winds its way down to the waterfront, with stunning views of Puget Sound. Get up early in the morning, stop by Macrina Bakery to grab a delicious pastry and coffee, then head down to Pocket Beach to enjoy the sounds of water lapping at the shore, and crunching pebbles beneath your feet.
Olympic Sculpture Park opens 30 minutes before sunrise and closes 30 minutes after sunset.
