I don't think the judges understand how powerfully amazing the piece was😢😭🥺words won't do justice to how great of a writer Oludasa is❤
54 wives = 54 countries in Africa. Love what you did with that lineeee!
Give it up for Dr Sid , you’re meant to judge their performance , not choose their performances for them , tell them what to add and subtract , in as much you want to criticize let’s not forget to complement something good when we see one , kudos Dr Sid
Most of these people are not fit to be judges I swear! The words were too powerful, he's in a place where he isn't appreciated, I hope he grows and gets to a place where he is appreciated, except from Dr Sid, the remaining judges head is only money they know, Dr Sid understood the message. He passed a powerful message in a beautiful way, but those 3 judges wanted entertainment. THEY ARE NOT FIT TO JUDGE SOMETHING THIS BEAUTIFUL. YOU ARE AMAZING, whoever you are.
@oludasa am a spoken word artist and from one artist to another, This performance is bigger than that stage, keep this performance, you will need it on a bigger stage soon. God bless you abundantly

Thank you bro! ❤
This guy is a blessing to Africa
Judges this performance is exceptional. 🎉 Even if is on a bigger stage he would has scale through 👏👏.
Best amongst all the poets in this episode. It's just too hard to sell knowledge these days. The judges lacked knowledge to comprehend his thought process, play on words, figures of speech etc, they just wanted to hear generic lines.

Thank you my dear. That was my thought here. How would a true African poet finishes these beautiful artistic piece and they are still trying to comprehend or finding generic lines to appeal more to their emotions, SMH
Oludasa Is the most amazing person on the competition Guy is so blessed Omor I go like meet this guy
It's spoken word poetry, Spoken. Word. Poetry. ....are you not entertained ??? Oh well, it's a competition with other art form involved. Kudos Prince of Mushin Poets. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
How i wish this massage could get to all of South Africans and they stand behind malema's vision
Bruhhhhhh! Oludasa is a great writer🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
oludasa this is the best so far no cap, i'm really proud of you man this is a message we all needed to here cause nothing beats family
Wow powerful man...!
Oludasa 🔥🔥 their mind go soon Dey !!
This is a great piece you put together... Kudos Oludasa
This is classic as a matter of fact is bigger than that stage.
This might just be his style... everything shudnt be about entertainment.... intellectuals would appreciate this without complain ..😅..I like his style of spoken words abeg...I would pay to watch this...
This was a really really good performance! You did something really powerful with your lines and the way you told the story of Africa. Well done Oludasa!
I know Oludasa is good from d first day of audition. The guy just keeps getting good... Though being a spoken word artist in this kind of competition where it's filled with dancers and singers is not easy. The judges will keep judging as if you are singing or dancing.. All d best to you bro❤
This guy is good Delivery top notch
Oludasa is an amazing Spoken Word artiste! This is art too! Omorr... When some of these judges hammer on creativity about this performance, I begin to wonder... Well...
This is beautiful, the story was 🔥
Great delivery, bro. That hit home. You got this 🔥❤️
All this judges just Dey cap except Dr sid….the guy delivered I must say
This is deep and wonderful! I wish poetry had more time to say more cos I know how deep and beautiful this piece is. But yeah, this is a competition, dance to the tune of the contest, that's why you're mystique; shapeshift into the man they want. That doesn't change who you are my gee! We know you
I came here through tiktok and because of this performance ❤😢
Dr. Sid is good and matured in delivering his judgement..
I can hear this a million times ❤
Wonderful performance ❤❤
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 keep the fire burning.
This what happens when a good fall amidst other talents, it makes it look as if you are suppose to do more even when you turn up with the best performance.
Brilliant. Pen game on point
I love this guy
Spoken word is not music. It's an eye opening art that breaks the mind, speaks wisdom, and rebuilds the soul. If it doesn't resonate with you, I think you should keep quiet.
Dasa my boy 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️
This spoken words was a lot because I have to take time before I go understand where he was coming from but this is very deep
Olu is a crazy crazy writer! ❤
EXCEPTIONAL 🎉
I want to comment 10 times for the judges to get fired. They have no idea what they are talking about. Kwame Nkrumah will listen to him over and over. It was that amazing. Goose pimples rolled my body as I listened
Nice one 😮
Wowwwww 💖💖💖💖💖
The performance is bigger than that stage
These dth no dey appreciate these guy aswear 😢
Writing skill is excellent 👌🏻 judges just want more from the spoken word artists like IBquake she acts and dance as well But I think they should be judged more based on the words and deliver Dr Sid understands them more
Great job but the interactive part needs improving . Good luck
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤💯💯💯💯🇳🇦😎
❤❤❤❤
😍😍
My guy from day 1
I don't understand how the judges want someone to make spoken words entertaining. It's meant to be deep and make you think. I no just understand these judges but he should just find a way to dance to their tune tho

He is wonderful but spoken words compared to dance and singing doesn't really carry audience, so if he makes it entertaining doesn't make it less deep, if you watched last year's own you'll understand their point

Only for the sake of the competition though, it's a competition not just a performance, outside for a performance is very beautiful but for a competition I feel he needs more I dunno sha I'm not a judge😂 just my opinion though

Unlike music and dance, he is writing like he has limited time already. He is speaking from his head

Like ib Quake did last year. Her spoken words was so good to watch cause she could dance rap and act aswel will doing the words

Incase u don't know this is a competition oooo
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The poem was so GREAT I would pay twice to watch it once! Judges don't seem to get it. African's oppression isn't supposed to be funny/entertaining! The poem triggers just the right emotions.(If you're African)
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Well....... a lot of people would pay to see this performance,Oludasa style is quite similar to Soyinka's but for dry humour and satire which the latter never fails to infuse in his writing however for the sake of this competition there would have to be some sort of conformity to whatever the judges demand I guess.
❤❤🥺
The words of the judges are interesting though. He’s here to talk about his people, in such a powerful way and you’re asking him to tell you about love or to “entertain you”.😅
👍
I feel that when it comes to Spoken words, they should look at the message, use of language and costume.
Madam Ini Edo, abeg small small abeg
The judges 😢😢😢
These judges are mad
The way oludasa was happy when Dr Sid said he loves his performance was an highlight for me ♥️ it’s very difficult to impress Dr did 😂 Keep it up OLUDASA am rooting for you 🥂🥰

Thank you 💓
We are not too intelligent for these words you just spoke 😂 Nice one though
I don’t think they understand this poet’s message. Colonialism has them blinded by how they control our minds and it’s through mindless entertainment. He has a message to deliver to his beloved Africa and the world. The judges have a lot to unlearn.
I don't think these judges knows what he just said and the meaning of poetry. Is it about just appealing to the emotion or revealing the truth with words that truly describes it meaning, am SMH hard to these judges cos I don't think they truly understands what it means to be a true poet. Weldone Olu 👌
It’s funny how my reaction is always different from the audience, they can’t relate to most of his renditions 😑😑😑😑Olu, you’re bigger than this stage
Wonderful poem on a poor platiform
Shame on those judges .. what came out of this man was a true prophecy shame that the judges speak from there flesh ..we are the true Israelites
This performance was educational and yet three of the judges missed the point. His mantra is entertainment that is not about gimmicks and visual stimulation. Therefore the style of delivery is not necessarily for everyone. But the narrative demands attention not euphoria from being entertained. Just my HO
It is so sad and heartbreaking that the judges missed the mark by a huge margin. When will we ever build our own ideologies, if we keep on rebranding them for capitalistic gain at infancy stage?
The judge has no idea what this guy just did. She needs to get out of there. This is a generational poem. They need to all get fired.
Don't box yourself my foot This young Nelson Mandela is currently tackling the issues of our modern African society This is what the young folks should listen to......especially that liquor rose with her immoral dressing and thinking
I swear these judges aren't in the right sense to critic such a continental message. Nigerians seem to like drama ,don't tell me you failed to understand the message
The judges mostly the female didn't get him
Do these judges even know what they are saying? I feel they all just want to sound intelligent but ended up as clowns
These judges are mad
