There were more mysteries with Baba Awolowo. He was too brilliant, a Sage, very disciplined beyond human level. He was a colossus. How I wished I could see him to interview him personally.

What a man! A treasure trove of knowledge. I pray Baba writes some books for posterity. I love this man so much not just for his knowledge but also for his eloquence and ability to narrate the facts. If Awolowo has just stayed and used his knowledge because I see that God gave him spiritual economic knowledge for the Yoruba’s they will have been coming to beg us now

his narration of events of history can not be impeached. It is the most accurate recount of history that I have heard.

Nigerians must fight for the return of History to our schools. The young ones always open their mouths wide while telling them the History of Nigeria, things they are supposed to have known.

This interview is explosive and sad. My take is that with our leaders knowing this, including Chief Lekan Alabi, how come they are thinking of a restructuring option when then all knew that there was a conspiracy that truncated the one that projected the Western Region to the First in All in Africa? If the Western region under Awolowo had been an independent Sovereign Yoruba nation, can we all imagine where Yoruba nation would be today in Africa and on the global stage. This is the reason Yoruba needs to get out of Nigeria at all costs. Any arrangement that will still keep us in the union Nigeria is a great risk to the future of our children unborn.

This is one if the best if your interview. This chief is so much current and he is one of the chief in Yoruba land I love what he said and is much more AUTHENTIC he knows what he talking about. I LOVE HIM very much intelligent with what he said, and what I heard before this interview he is a man I adore as a Yoruba. Baba you saying the truth, because I witnessed the war, from 1967 to 1970. Mr primary school teacher was among the soldiers that delivered ore from biafraud soldiers.

I can confirm your stories regarding the politics of Ibadan and Wole shoyinkas stories was a genuine story accounts of what happened as at that time.

Oloye Lekan Alabi was quite 100% correct about Benjamin Adekunle the black scorpion of the 3rd. Marine corps. I know Benjamin when he was the port commander NPA Lagos.

Chief Alabi, I don't know your disciplin, you are very good at the narratives. You could be a historian. Bravo ! Everything you said was spot on. In relation to Regional Government its disadvantage is that it is half autonomous not full as that is what you guys might be holding about it . That was why Awo was fighting teeth and nails to get to the saddle but was repeatedly denied of access at the Polls. With full autonomy sky would be the limit for the Yoruba land and the robe of enslavement would dissipate for good.

I really would love to meet with Oloye Lekan Alabi , one on one. He is a real Yoruba History encyclopedia .
