I watched Ian Hunter do it for England in about 92/3 and followed every kick thereafter until once it finally happened and I scored, except in grounding it I got the opposition fullback's knee square on the bridge of the nose as I grounded.

@joesterp nfl players definately stronger. they only have short powerful explosive plays. rugby players have to run for much longer so less strength and more endurance is needed.

@joesterp Probaly American Football players, rugby players have to play for a lot longer.
