& virtually with no effort! I have huge respect for those with pipes like that (if I sang dogs in 6 states would start howling, people would run down the street tearing their hair & clothing screaming "PLEASE make her STOP!!!!!" & that's frfr LOL). So when someone can sing like THAT, at that age already, mad props! Some people can sing, true enough. But only a FEW have REAL straight up talent. I hope she goes far & has an amazing future ahead of her. Hell, I'm almost jealous! Notice I said "almost".....LMAO. Amazing job on an amazingly difficult song!

If they ever remake the musical “Annie,” she would be perfect for the starring role! The courage she displayed was inspiring, and her performance was world class. This is one of those moments on BGT that will be watched again and again. What a sweetheart!

They already remade Annie, and just like all the recent movies they race swapped her to be black. Quvenzhané Wallis is the name of the person who played Annie in the remake.

Not an easy song at ALL and she NAILED IT. Yes, at first you could hear the nerves take over but she pushed through and delivered. Well done Olivia!

Her walk, her talk, her "Thank You's", her true innocence of her great talent; she is a force of the future. I can see her performing on some massive stage some day; or starring in a Disney movie. Truly amazing!

The silence of the audience at the the end and then all at once clapping and cheering. The lok on this sweet girls face was priceless. A STAR IS BORN ❤❤❤

I have experienced that silence and then the roar of the audience … when I saw Idina Menzel sing it in Wicked in Los Angeles

Her little nervous giggle was icing on the cake. So good!

This little angel deserves everything ! Starting with the golden buzzer and a full ride to theater school

Her performance effected everyone in the audience on the same level. The complete and utter silence after her song was long and "deafening in nature". Amazing little girl...

For those comparing her to Beau Dermott, remember that these are 2 separate renditions. Beau’s was almost more operatic where Olivia’s is more musical theater-like. I think both renditions were amazing! Super talented girls!!❤❤

From a pedagogical standpoint, both are good musical theatre renditions. Beau has a stronger forward mezzo belt (not operatic) where Olivia has a slightly higher placed sound. She’s also younger, you’d be surprised the difference a year makes with a child’s voice.

I couldn't get Beau out of my head, and didn't want to say anything about it, so maybe tucked in here is safer. Yes, very talented girl, and let's just call it preference. I've listened to Beau's performance several times...only a handful that I do, that blow me away every time, i.e. Sarah Ikumu's performance of "And I am telling you"...and not comparing is unrealistic. It's why I avoided listening to this performance for awhile. It's not a style/rendition factor for me; I'm completely open to that. It's entirely about the "blowing me away" factor, the goose bump factor, however it comes about.

They were BOTH amazing, simply 2 different styles. Neither was better nor worse than the other. They BOTH killed this song as good as Idina (my personal fave to sing this song, don't care what anyone says LOL)!

@@Blueridge1961 I think the applause delay was elongated but I have heard an audience actually wait and then collectively explode into thunderous applause! So probably elongated pause for effect but that there may have been a “pregnant pause,” I wouldn’t doubt that! It happens.

I'm not even sure what to say. It just flowed out of her. She is 11. Try to imagine what may happen in a few years. Either way, that was amazing to watch. All the best to you, Olivia.

Everything about that was epic… She is quite amazing, isn’t she? Talk about cuteness overload! Her giggles are epic… her voice is epic… her courage, her confidence, her power… all epic. Talk about taking advantage of her time on stage. Just another kid that’s going to make more money before she reaches high-school, than I have my entire life, (and she’ll deserve every penny of it).

I tend to be very critical of performers who sing this because it's my favorite song from Wicked, but this little girl just NAILED it! She didn't let her nerves get the best of her and she performed this so amazingly well!

What a precious angel. And God Bless Amanda for nurturing this precious doll baby at the Matilda performance at theater box office.
