    Would love to see the Tackett brothers against the Ruotolo’s. These dudes are the most entertaining grapplers to watch at the moment, always engaging.

    The Tacketts are better. They aren't as accomplished. But they are more skilled.

    Both ruotolos have beaten both tackets but I definitely think the tackets are improving more as they are actively competing as opposed to the ruotolos who are stuck in one

    @@filipealveszsz Taza would wreck the whole B team except for Craig and Nicky Rod. Nicky Ryan would be a toss up at this point. Don’t forget Jay Rod got submitted by Tackett yesterday, and Taza heel hooked him easily in another competition outside adcc. Also, Andy Varela got third and was also beaten by Taza in enigma.

    taza is clearly at the same level as all these guys, having placed second or third at 4 trials in 7 months, but definitely has problems producing when it matters most. Seems as though some sport psychology mental training could help (maybe he's already training the mental, idk) , but his prof John Danaher thinks sport psychology is pointless

    I think taza takes risks because he wants to prove he can stand up to the other guys in his division. But he seems on the smaller end and that’s not helping

    Based on Jake Watson comments, he never actually watched the Dalpra x Taza match. Taza got man handled in that match

  • @pninnan
    @pninnan3 ай бұрын

    “Taza chooses to stand back up, shows you the confidence he has in his wrestling” Or, perhaps, this type of tactical error is what has caused him to fall short. He was taken down a couple of times fairly easily in this same match already before this and shooting for a single is what caused him to lose. It wasn’t confidence I was just a bad decision

    Iirc Craig mentioned once, in an episode of El Segundo, that Danaher has some sort of issue w/ Taza as well and he seems to put up w/ it because it's Danaher and New Wave. There was a reddit post too where the OP was at an event where New Wave was and noticed that Taza was sitting by himself looking bummed, iirc.
