Number 1. No other villain could have broken Oliver Queen the way Prometheus did. I love me some Eobard and some Slade but Eobard was ruined the more he showed up and Slade, while good, was never the kind of menace that Chase was

This is why season 5 was peak Arrow, best season of the entire Arrowverse for me, Oliver at his best, Prometheus was probably the best villain in the entire show (yes I know Deathstroke is the favourite and badass as he is Prometheus was just 5 steps ahead and forced Oliver to confront who he really is at his very core which Deathstroke never did)

Can’t really say he’s a anti hero just he thinks like a villain, he never acts on it cause he’s trying to be a hero and make the city better A anti hero would be like a flat character or have a character arc, someone inflicting there beliefs on to others but Oliver is trying to be better

This man single handedly brought Green Arrow to the big leagues❤ He lived that part👏

One of the best scenes in the whole show. It’s as if Oliver was jus telling Adrian what he wanted to hear but there was some truth to it. Adrian wanted Oliver to know they are both cut by the same cloth but that couldn’t be further from the truth. If you really know Oliver you would know he wasn’t always a person with darkness in him, but once he realized he needed to let the darkness in so that he can survive he didn’t let it consume him he embraced the darkness and used it to his advantage, he always had good intentions meaning someones life was at stake where as Adrian is just a psychopath who enjoys killing

Prometheus was prolly the harshest villain in the series he was Oliver’s Savitar. I also wanna point out how the stress and dark and intense the vibes are through the who series of arrow, while the flash only had that vibe from seasons 1-4 and the rest was to jolly and bright.

Your right for every other point but the one Oliver never beat, Adrian never beat Oliver once, I think Oliver has 3-0 over Prometheus Unless your talking about mind vs mind then there tied cause the point was to prove Oliver was a killer and Oliver didn’t let Adrian win and when Adrian killed himself literally no one important to Oliver died (don’t say Williams mother, Oliver cared for William grieving not Samantha)

This is my favorite season of the show

Love this for three reasons #1. The practice line was cold as shit #2. The emotion and reveal oliver was basically a serail killer #3. I can relate in a way. After a lot of trauma i was let suicidal plus homicidsl and even a family cat and enjoyed it. However though im also an empath making me hold back alot. No one knows these things because i decide not to. But ive had similar talks with my self as oliver did with Adrian. That why i feel it deeply and i feel like theres part of me in oliver in a way. ( P.S came to jesus not a serial killer lmao. Just saying i have thst same darkness he does and if i ever give into that darkness i would be similar oraney worse that pre season 1 Oliver)

If the arrow and the flash was cws only focus I feel it would have been 10 times as great

It just kinda pissed me off how they glossed over the fact that Oliver was a certified sociopath, that’s not something you can just turn off all because you come back to living in a city and socialize with old friends and family. Even though I love arrow, sometimes I think they made his character too dark because his journey from that point on wouldn’t make much sense especially if their trying to make it comic accurate

Sorry to tell you this but anyone in real life can be a sociopath or psychopath but not necessarily a bad person Also it wasn’t glossed over, season 1, 2, 5, and 7 have brought up the fact that Oliver might be insane from the island that Oliver finally got the help offered, physiotherapy in the prison arc
