It definitely can be so rough! Ppl tend to take advantage 🤕

I went in today with nice shoes, blue jeans and a black button down shirt. I looked sharp, got the job on the spot. They rejected multiple people before me. Just go in looking business casual with a good attitude and a smile. Some people try too hard and look like they’re trying too hard. It’s a turn off.

I have no job experience but I do have more than 30 hours of volunteer experience in a food bank which was stressful and fast paced. I hope I get this job! I am super hopeful about it 😌😌

My mom works at olive garden and recently promoted to manger, so when she moved stores to do her training she got to know people, but noe she's coming back to her original store and one of the managers heard i was looking for a job and asked why i didn't apply there, so i applied, i'd be a busser cause im not old enoigh to host or serve (i'm 16)

@@jj._.7536 nah it was too far, i work at Bruster's Ice Cream now! 8 months in and I'm being promoted to Head Crew Leader starting monday 😌🙏 so I'm basically an assistant manager

If you didn’t upload your resume while filling out the online application then bring it with you. Pro tip: go to office max and pick up a pack of clear resume covers to give it that extra professional look.

Hi girly, on the phone interview they pretty much asked basic interview questions. They’re not as detailed as in person interviews but tbh I would just prepare like if it’s an in person interview bc of the pandemic

You got this! Second interviews always make me a little nervous too but once you get to that point, you most likely got it in the bag. I looked up a resume template when I made mine a long time ago 😊

They asked similar questions as the 1st interview! You’re just being interviewed by someone else to be sure they want to hire you

Usually, you’ll know by the positive cues they give off. Head nods, comments of agreement or their facial expressions. But they did tell me right away at the last interview that i got the job

For me they took a whole month don’t stress it. If you feel like it’s been super long then just give them a holler and ask on a update on your interview and give your name
