That ref allowed Fury to hit Usyk with illegal shots; then he tried stepping in before the last sequence when Fury was against the ropes but Usyk pushed him away. Then he give the slowest count I've ever heard. The Fury Protection Program was on full swing, some judges included.

@@tarasb2946 the rules are that if the ropes are the only thing that prevents a boxer from hitting the canvas, the ref can (and should, for safety reasons) treat it as a knockdown and administer a count. It's quite clear that the only reason Fury didn't hit the deck was because the ropes caught him, so the ref was right to administer a count.
