Oled screens are less durable than lcd, they affect our eyes, they are more expensive than lcd displays but they have only one advantage over lcd i.e to have better contrast and better colours . So why should we prefer oled over lcd?

@@QuantumCanvas07 come on Tho it has its pros and cons I have both IPS and Amoled And I personally like IPS so much more than AMOLED You can't make amoled to look like a paper Amoled is not natural Everything is oversaturated And with low brightness amoled doesn't look good play flickering IPS looks the same in all brightness IPS is just uniform IPS blacks also look like oled blacks during day Who uses phones in dark anyway

True tone is different than blue light filter. True tone is there so that the screen colors remain a little consistent through different light conditions.

Screen flicker caused heavy headache for 2 months on my F62.. I used pwmfree from xda.. which mostly eliminated the eye strain

Even though i use dark mode and amoled wallpapers

Amoled is a type oled also have strain on eyes in dark more than ips. When i use amoled phone pubg my eyes becomes dry and strained but now i have Mi 10 t pro. ips lcd have more accurate colour and awesome light colour scheme. Amoled is for dark colour scheme.

Bro I'm a Nokia 7 plus user.... Only this brand gives justice to IPS LCD panels... It's display color accuracy, brightness sharpness is equivalent (a bit better) thn iPhone 11(which has LCD)

I watched your video on Oled panel and I agree to it as I also have experienced drastic bad effect on my eyes since when I started using macbook air m2 15 inc which has liquid retina LED-backlit display with IPS. But my experiences are different. I started to have flickering of light problems in my eyes when I started to use it and not any headache issue. Please let me know that this liquid retina LED-backlit display with IPS is same as oled??? If not then whats the difference?And please also make a video on solution of this problems with flagships recommendations that will not cause any harm.

What's about amoled screens

i have been headache since last three years and the reason behind it is the flikring screen of the smartphone .....when i bought redmi 6 ...it's screen was flikring .....i ignored it and didn't replace the phone but my headache was started after one month and it came to know by me after two and a half year and it was too late .........Now i can not use even any smartphone because the headache starts suddenly

I have ordered Asus Vivobook K15 Oled for my daughters who are 8 & 5. Both have specks. I chose Oled over LCD anti glare as it is said that Oled is comparatively better for eyes. Because it doesn't have backlit LEDs & there is no blue light. I am confused after watching this video. Plese help me by suggesting which one is better for them. OLED or Antiglare...???

I don't understand why you said, LCD has poor color reproduction / colour accuracy compared LED?

I feel it.. Pain behind the eyes..these screens hurt.. But dark mode even worsen it..seems like our brain aren't evolved to see such gap in light on screens at such near distance...

That is true. As soon as I started using OLED, my eye sight worsened terribly, I have dry and tired eyes. I am using comfor t mode but still so I am switching my flagship for older LCD IPS. I am going to buy Xiaomi Note 10 with IPS LCD... No more OLED.

@@vive928 no. IPS don't cause eye strain and it has a blue light filter which works perfectly. I've been using phones with IPS and never got any headaches at all. I also own a blackview a52 which is a cheap phone but it's IPS display looks like super AMOLED

I have both, LCD and Amoled, I dont like Oled for video editing because when i edit in Oled and see the video in LCD then it seems weird but when i color grade my videos in LCD and i watch it in Oled then it seems good, So for video editing LCD is good and for video consuming Oled is good..

There are three types of lcd va, tn, and ips in most of the phones ips lcd is used And in monitors u have all 3 options available but ips monitors are a bit costly than tn and va panels but they have best viewing angles and best colour accuracy
