Polara EN4s Crosswalk Buttons at Ridge Rd and Dixie Hwy
Polara Crosswalk Buttons, Not sure the year they were installed. It gives you the street you are crossing and it keeps repeating "wait" and "Ridge Rd or Dixie Hwy walk sign is on to cross." The countdown on these buttons are a ticking noise.

It makes a ticking noise to let you know that the pedestrian signal is counting down.
These are Polara EN4s by the looks of them.
