This last arc is based on events from Tsukihime Remake, not the story of the Original Melty Blood where they needed Arcueid to call the Crimson Moon to give Wallachia his physical form again in order to kill him for real.

More like a more canonically accurate arcuied, she wasn't evil as the old ones, implied. In red arc basically her "I'm going to kill you for what have you done" mode, changing her to looks evil and edgier Is out of character, this game directed by type moon's original line up, not purely french pan decision, and the reason why melts blood stay true to the vn.

@@r3zaful Well Warc was a copy made by Tatari, that's why she's outright evil, a fallen true ancestor made by the rumors of the city, also neither melty blood has been done without TM's approval, the escenarios always been written by Kinoko Nasu and since it's conception the game series has always been a joint project. I'm just clarifying since your comment seem to imply French Bread came all by themselves with the idea behind the escenario and characters.

Look i get they're technically different characters, i just like the aesthetic of the original red arc. It has that monstrous hellsing edge that visually sells the personality. Obviously the new version "looks sexier" but i really don't think that should be the point.

What happened is in the remake Ciel route Arcueid takes a more yandere personality instead of a bloodlusted one in the Original from what I heard

I miss red projectiles and That maniac laugh, with Ky have sence because Yellow lightning make a good contrast, With red arcueid, The red effects was the real contrast between the pink attacks of arcueid

@@huanquocmanh416 not like soulless considering the game was directly directed by Takeuchi and nasu themselves compared to the older ones where Frenchpan have more influence towards the direction of the game, it's like a more accurate presentation of tsukihime story, relying on dialogues than visual presentations.

@@ailahmashod it's already outsells all Frenchpan's meltys, and the remake is a massive success as it sold around 100k copies in the first week,weekly sells around 70k per week till this day, priced around 80$ per copy. People like it, whether haters hate it or not.

@@huanquocmanh416 People say that but tbh it isnt She is way more batshit than og warcueid Obviously what melty lumina had is just a glance of her sanity....i would assume minimize tsuki remake spoiler She is one of the best batshit arc. Her claw twist texture (description was it can rotate planet or something) called breath of planet. She goes batshit in terms of marble phanfasm and event storage usage (new ability) and Luminous body was..insane. It was 5 hours feast in remake and that same arc is this red arc. I cleared it in 7 ish hour cause i stopped to do something. Meanwhile og warcueid is just arc from tatari image. Less interesting imo than arc legit losing it.

Because it's literally not the same character lmao The Red Arc from the old game was a clone The new Red Arc is more of a hypothetical "What if the real Arc was betrayed by Shikki and got really pissed as a result." type thing. She's not as out of contol as the clone was but it's still basically Arc fighting seriouly.

I miss the laugh but honestly the way this one looks and moves is a lot better to me. A lot smoother. I don't expect for new Red Arc to look like that because the old one is not the same character. The old one is a TATARI clone, and the new one is actual Arcueid pissed as shit that Shiki killed her and her disposition against humans changes as a result.

Well even if she is a Tatari as we can see with Shiki Nanaya they act just like who they're copys of (Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya and Melty blood) but the real change is in the original Arcueid was absolutely bloodlusted and just wanted Shiki dead while in the remake from what I heard she takes a more yandere personality so each Melty blood took from they're Tsukihime (Original and Remake)

Why can't there be a third Arc, a new "berserk" Arc that resembles her most monstrous self? Like how she looked with her throat ripped. That was cool.

No Red Arc is also Arc when you kill her twice but in the Original just read the Ciel route while in Remake this is also Arc when you kill her twice. There are differences in Original vs Remake Ciel route this is one of them

As someone who played Red Arcueid quite a bit in Actress Again Current Code, I was honestly disappointed with her Type Lumina version. I think making her attacks white instead of red makes her less visually interesting while fighting. I also am not really a fan of her last arc in Type Lumina as it's kind of boring in my opinion. I mean I'm still going to play her but it's a little disappointing.

The specials are a lot better in the remake.

More like beastly evil vampire shade or elegant dark and still evil shade.

Old Red Arcueid's personality as TATARI was based on Ciel's Route when Shiki cuts her throat. She goes manic, laughs insanely, threatens to kill everyone, tortures Ciel and get's the crazy eyes. This also happens in the Remake, but only in the Normal Ending. The True Ending, which is new to the Remake, has a vastly different Arcueid that you are seeing now. Basically, this Red Arcueid is based on the True Ending version which is why it's so different and not as inane. Ignore people who keep saying it's due to TATARI, TATARI Arcueid didn't act all that different then she did in the VN when she went insane.

I love Arcueid Brunestud,, as my best Waifu in Tsukihime, & Melty blood she's so cute,, Arcueid Brunestud ❤️💕
