No one can be compared with this gem Sheikh Shuraim 💙 He is now getting older and has resigned from the Imamat at haram. But when he was there as imam. No one can compete him in recitation ♥️ Even not sheikh sudaid. He has an incredible voice in his peak

He is my favorite imam forever and I used to read like you sheikh shuraim from when I started my hifz until now, I love you and may Allah protect you wherever you are 😢🙋😿

Tbh I prefer his recitation at older age, especially his recent recitation of Surah Qaf (2020). It’s more reflective and pensive.

true but i think this comparison is kind of misleading as in the recent recitation he is sort of sobbing so he has s more shakey voice as compared to the older rectation where he is able to recite normally. either way, he still has a beautiful voice up until his last prayer as imam. may Allah shower him with blessings.

Ma Sha Allaah. What a powerful voice. He is now retired. Sheikh Saud Al Shuraim. I wish I get to pray behind him one day In Sha Allaah.

The old recitation was something else may Allah protect you our sheikh

going for Umrah in two weeks for the first time, its soo sad that he won't be there, but at least I can listen to him here on KZread. I really hope Sheikh Sudais and Sheikh Saleh will lead at least one the prayers, inshallah.

Camera quality is built in worse but for some weird reason makes the voice so much more soothing

@@vryze_l2331 because voice is recorded from old sets. The speakers are all around the masjid. The sound there feels like coming from heaven. So the echo we hear from the recording is because of this.

For those wondering why the shaykh's recitation changed, in 2021 the second wave of covid-19 hit hard in Saudi Arabia and a lot of people died and there was a lot of calamities it caused as you already know how people were affected. This is why the shaykh became very emotional and this somehow affected his recitation. We ask Allah bless the shaykh with long life and good health and may Allah bless all the Muslims across the globe.
