This time we asked to photograph "Taka-chan," a long-established yatai stall that has been in business for over 40 years.
At first glance, the owner looks tough, but when you talk to him, he is a very friendly person, making it easy to visit even for those who have never been to a yatai before.
He is also particular about the taste of his oden. As he says in the video, he prepares oden from morning every day because he wants to serve it with new, clear soup stock, which is why he only gets about 4 hours of sleep every night.
Perhaps thanks to his efforts, all the dishes were delicious, and the restaurant had a good atmosphere with many regular customers.

街中で屋台が開けるのも福岡ならではで… どの屋台見てても店主さんが素晴らしい👏😂 天神の屋台は未だにまだ行けてなくて😢 いつか絶対寄ってみたい所です😂

屋台を組み立て、仕込みをして接客・・・本当に重労働であり、夏は暑く、冬は寒くて梅雨の時期は雨に晒され商売は楽ではない😅そんな苦労を重ねながらも、福岡の夜に鉄板で焼かれる香ばしい匂いに人は集まってきます！夜は更け、屋台をたたみ、次の日もまた人で溢れて・・・お疲れ様です😌💓いつか行ってみたい😉
The owner should be teaching companies how to package things efficiently because it’s utterly incredible he packaged everything needed to run and construct a ten person seating capacity restaurant for six hours on the pushcart itself 😂. Food looks amazing too

Wow i don't know what a lot of this food is? But it just looks so delicious that i want to eat it all. It's certainly such a professional set up and you can see all the hard work that goes into all the preparation. Setting up the stall and preparing & cooking the food is just like a work of art. Owning your own restaurant in place, cleaning it, running it, making sure all equipment and ingredients are all in stock is one thing. But doing all of that Above but having to assemble and disassemble your mini restaurant day in and day out. That is a whole nother level. Respect.

若い頃に1度だけ屋台を経験 詳しい場所も名前も忘れたけど 年配のご夫婦がやってる天ぷらが推しの店。 隅にぶら下がったラジオからホークスのナイターを聴きながら 博多弁が飛び交う中で小さくなってた記憶 笑 切符の手配を頼んだ旅行屋が 屋台なら中洲より天神のが面白いよと教えてくれたけど 今になって意味が良く分かった。

三日前にたかちゃん行きました!おでん、明太卵焼き、ラーメン、焼きラーメンいただいたんですが、どれも美味しかったです！隣の人気屋台が目標だったんですが、たまたま定休日でこちらへ!でもそれが良かった!最高やったよ!
