Here in osrs, we conveniently place all the low/mid level bosses in the wilderness, so higher levels totally can’t kill you😉

Maybe wildy bosses are weaker because you can’t bring good supplies and gear? They probably balance around that and end up making it mid tier. It sucks though because noobs like me will get PK’d so fast.

Still remember my first time going into the wilderness back in 06 my brother and I wanted to explore and got attacked by a chaos elemental not know what the hell it was we futilely started running away my brother being a higher level then me brought it down a bit then perished I ended up finishing it off and what do I see on the ground but a dragon 2h I was so hyped I needed to protect my brothers items so I start picking them up as the spawned and then immediately get scuddled by a respawned elemental lost everything I'm still traumatized

For abyssal sire, you do not need 92 magic. It very much helps, but all you NEED is a high enough level to boost to shadow barrage. (I think that's 84 or 85). Technically you can do it with only shadow blitz and stuff but yes you can boost to shadow barrage t the beginning and use blood burst for healing. I got over 300 kc like that it's not too bad

Love the shoutout to woox at the end. Yeah woox does all of these without armor, without food. With a wooden stick and may even disconnect his mouse for the fun of it. What he can learn in a week i wont be able to do in my lifetime.

The description of Zuk sounded exactly like how I feel about Jad. I've tried five times and died four times because I lagged and couldn't switch protection. The other was my first try when I didn't know he two hit you if you don't protect correctly.

Just gotta get it that first time my man. After that its cake. Always pray ranged then switch to mage, never the other way around. And dont be afraid of the healers, agro them and forget about them. It took me about 6 or 7 tries to get my first cape. Dont give up!

Id also add Sarachnis in Forthos Dungeon in Hosidious. Drops a pet and some decent loot. Doable with 75s in melee and a leaf bladed baxe. Spider slayer task also helps, if youd happen to get it whilst boosting slayer points

Dude the "Gear Cost" table is a bit over exaggerated... I'd say most of the estimates are anywhere between 5 &10× more expensive than they need to be....

He isn't estimating the cost it would take to successfully get a kill in, he is estimating the gear cost at which you can actually get efficient kills. Tbh some of the estimates are way to low. Cerb for example is totally not worth doing if you don't own a spectral (unless you are a ironman, in which case good luck getting your boots). doing cerb without a spectral drastically increases the resource cost needed for each kill, makes you need to bank way more, and increases the chance you die, lowering efficiency even further. Sure, if you know what you are doing you can kill cerb with minimal gear, but is it still worth the effort? IMO, no. You are better off making money somewhere else, unless you just really enjoy killing cerb.

But if your one of the many people who just go kill him once for the cape, then I would say you would be fine using god hide and a blowpipe.

I think he ranking what it's worth 10 being worth the risk/time and 1 being waste of time and money and risk.

I had just started playing when barrows came out, was still playing F2P and every now and then some member or ex member would walk past wearing barrows gear, usually with a couple of people running after them asking WTF were they wearing. Barrows and D chain with D legs was THE best armour for quite a while. :-)

Great video!! BUT... the gear set up prices were crazy high... I’ve killed some of these bosses in less than half the number you put up. For example I can camp KBD for like 10 kills in 200k gear

For Abyssal Sire you do not need blood barrage it just gives you faster heals... good guide overall

Obviously for anyone watching this now there have been considerable changes to the game since this was originally authored, afaik grotesque guardians was tweaked to be much more tolerable and I had a lot of fun doing like 70 of my 200 garg task here a week ago or so. granted I have some mils to spend on gear and my combats are in like the 80s, low 90s ranged

What about Hespori?? That's how I got started bossing... Honestly should be first on the list.

Check the release date of the video. This came out 6 days before Hespori. Also, Hespori is kind of hard to categorize as a true "bossing" experience since it's time gated.

@@benjystrauss2524 I mean you can't do hespori whenever you want unlike most bosses with exception to Skotizo. You have to wait until the seed grows. So you don't get the same experience of maximizing kills per hour. Imo, hespori falls into the same category as other skilling bosses like Valcano and Wintertodt.

RuneScape is pretty mechanically easy. I've just maxed with little to no pvm experience besides alch hydra. I don't think I'll have any problems.

I think this is a really great video! Though it would have been much better if instead of a simple "gear cost" which tells you almost nothing other than whether you may or may not be able to afford to try, also that gear prices fluctuate it isn't very helpful. Rather a cropped picture of common inventory and gear would have been far more useful.

@@Laughingman313 While you're not wrong, as long as you don't actually bring anything worth to much and don't skull you're fine. Farming green dragons for example is nice because while you will eventual get killed as long as you were banking and not just farming for hours on end you aren't risking anything. The gear needed to do green dragons is so small. Of course as you get more knowledge of the game you will know get better at avoiding dying and all that. So that only real way to not be a noob at anything is to just do it. Fail at it, but learn from your failures.

NCH Suite lmao when I first started barrows I was wearing a rune chainbody and platelegs with an Iban’s staff. Crazy arc is in the wilderness so you always want to kill it faster. A lot of the 5m cost is from a trident.

if you are going to list fally shield 3, you should list req that the shield has because its way more than what you listed in video.

my first boss i killed for money or fun was Vorkath not counting quest bosses then i did the gargoyles boss and kq and kbd now moving to other bosses been fun so far bossing

Gary Cheetham yeah grinded few hundred kills got 5 spears. Spears 1/3 drop rate of bandos armour and were 50% of the price. Literally best time to grind it.

dont need 92 magic for sire but 88 is recommended for 100% chance of stunning with shadow barrage

only thing i disagree with is the fact you mentioned that zammys drops are nothing noticeable compared to bandos, the drop rate for a spear is 1/128 whereas a tasset drop at bandos is 1/318 other than that, great vid!

Making a boss for Woox. Ok you have a new attack style per tick. You have to tick eat every special attack. It lasts 10.2 hours. You have 1 tick of warning for insta kill tiles. and you gotta run from attacks to get them to land on different ticks so you can flick them.

I suck at bossing, so I’m just trying to find some easy ones to practice on.

@@acepacrs9078 65 magic is a complete waste of time. Get yourself an ibans staff (50 magic requirement) upgrade it (200k gp to upgrade in west ardougne) and youre hitting 25's with magic. Thats all you need. gear is practically irrelevant, youre gonna use 2-3 prayer pots per trip until 70 defence and pray on every brother. Prayer bonus is kind of useful, but not really, defence bonus is similar, only need it at the end of a run
