I turned 58 today and I'm almost in tears because that was my best clubbing years. I know it's breakdancing music but in the club was our techno back then.

Great mix!!! This is the music that taught me how to DJ back in the late 80’s. Current music (hip-hop) doesn’t stand a chance with all of these OG tracks. Those that didn’t like it I guess they didn’t grow up when break dance was the thing to do, music was the weapon used at all of the battles. Awesome times!!! Will never be duplicated. I still have all of these records in great condition, and I still play them when I DJ.

Woah! Im 60 now and when all this electro was being played in the clubs i bought most of it on vinyl which I still have today as i collect vinyl and most of all the Tommy Boy records stuff. So to hear what i was getting down to in the early 80s is serious! Big respect to you for reviving this. You sure took me back to the good old dancing days!

Back in the '80s we used to go by the beach in Staten Island and play stuff like this in the parking lot. I don't know what they do today but back then we used to Pop the trunk and turn the volume up.
