56,57 minutes in ...... A genius topic. Learning the right Or correct footwork is key. However don't let it hinder your flow. Make sure your planted and sit down when you're in position to throw hard or KO someone.

@@coachKeithKeppner At the moment I'm just working on mastering the basics; proper form and fluidity when hitting the heavy bag and shadow boxing. Starting to work on footwork as well. For me right now, building good habits and staying loose is the goal.

Absolutely amazing videos have taken loads of notes and can’t wait to practice all of this and also everything from your staying loose video. I keep saying that phrase ‘If you get loose you go to the top’ 😂Doing this as long form content is a fantastic idea aswell, KZread is gearing more towards long form creators and with the very high view to like ratio and engagement your getting you are gonna be killing it in no time, this kind of in depth detail and knowledge is unmatched imo, keep it up coach thank you🔥🙏

Golden advice and information coach, thank you for all of the content that you've been putting out lately. Shadow boxing has been king for me to learn footwork. If you release more content on defense in the future, can you go over elbow blocking/parrying? Everyone knows that it's illegal to throw an elbow to strike, but throwing an elbow to block/parry punches isn't and is not often taught in boxing defense. Some people even call it dirty boxing. It'd be great to hear your experiences with this and the nuances you may have picked up on this type of defense

Yeah look at 43:07 and in that section you see an example of a jab step at one point where you don't bring the rear leg. "Dempsey's falling is step" not a term commonly used to refer to the move and it isn't something Dempsey invented just something he talked about. Thanks for the comment!

@@coachKeithKeppner he has great understanding of range, timing and footwork allowing him to hit you without being particularly quick, his hard jab is underrated, and he’s also a master at stalking an opponent and not giving them time to relax or re-adjust
