Any chance you’d look into the 2003 reboot, Di Gi Charat Nyo? It’s a lot more heavy on lore and world-building and less of a product placement for Gamers in general, and that’s something I really appreciate it for. The only issue is the last few episodes aren’t dubbed and the only available English subs are of poor quality. (Though fans are working to fix this)

Also don't get the whole cheap animation thing it has been clearly shown they can do good animation but in the end heavily use older anime gags from older gag anime they literally had a Gainax animator on it
