Ummmm... technically it is possible for Sans to have Determination, you know, Geno, cause he injected himself with Determination, Killer Sans, cause he fused with Chara, and Error Sans, (if we're going with the backstory that he was Geno), [and you know since Geno injected himself with Determination, it couldn't be that much of a stretch that he might still have that Determination in him??.]

Yes geno used determination but when he was dieing he try to use the save point but it cause him to be stuck in the save point all alone
