Why do they take the skin off the chicken? The skin settles when crispy is baked. Else The meat does not tighten because all the juices come out of it.

The technique that they use to marinate the meat where they score the flesh pretty deeply to get the marinade in there. The skin would just prevent all of that from getting into the meat. So no crispy skin but to be honest if a chicken was cooked in foil for that long, the skin would not be crispy at all.
چرا این پیرمرد همیش در گوشت دستک میزند و گوشت را آلوده میسازد .گوشت را در وسط بگذارند هرکس هر جایش خوش داشت برمیدارد .این چی طرز خوردن است دل ادم بد میشه.😢
