Thank you, Kathy. I am preparing for my second surgery and hope this will be the last of them. The support I've gotten from all my friends on KZread has been very welcomed and I feel so priviledged to be a part of this community.

Thank you. I have never liked the natural color of my hair, it was a sort of dirty blonde when I was young. When I was in my twenties I dyed it a deep auburn red and kept it that way for a while. Growing up with a beautician as my mother, I've had a few different colors over the years, but never pink before.

I love your picture at 4 years. You were a cutie then too. The pink is especially becoming on you. You can get a little pink poodle to match 🐩. After this is all over and your hair grows back I think you'd be pretty as a sunny blond too. Sending lots of positive vibes for the second surgery! 🙋 I appreciate the updates.

My chihuahua might object to a poodle, but she is blonde and very cute even if she is not pink. I plan on exploring my options if I need a wig. I've seen a lot of cute ones in some great colors. Thanks for watching.

I get spoken to frequently when people stop me to mention it. A neighbor I've never spoken to stopped me at the mailboxes yesterday. Seems the only one who is not a fan is my four year old great-granddaughter, lol. Guess I don't look like her grandma anymore.

PNW Granny, Your hair is very cool. Best wishes for a speedy recovery after your surgery. The very first thing I noticed about my Dad was when his was on Chemo his hair started turning grey before it fell out. My youngest sister took him to have his head shaved. That upset Mom which was the worst thing. Continued good thoughts and prayers for you. I’m keeping you in mine daily.

Thank you, Harm. I'm loving my hair too, but probably won't be styling it much longer. The chemo starts in about 3 weeks and I will be getting a buzz cut before that to keep the mess down to a minimum. I found a cheap pink wig online and the clinic where I go has them in a little shop they run. Life will be getting interesting soon.

Good way of looking at it.

I think having Pink Hair is great, especially with a Pink Hoodie on. I will look for a supplement that can help you keep your hair. I be praying for you Granny. I have a Dr. appointment on Monday too, but just a regular checkup. Love and Hugs, you are a brave woman to stay in the Pink when facing your fear. May God bless you with health. My Brother-in-Law had surgery last month and is Cancer free.

Glad to hear about your BIL. I try to find things in my wardrobe that are pink since it is my favorite color I have a few to chose from. It was a little chilly that morning and I threw it on to cover my tank top. I had my hair cut shorter and may be going for a buzz before the chemo starts. Evidently, the place I go gives complimentary buzz cuts for women with breast cancer, cool.

Thanks for the update granny, I myself am also a Cyndi Lauper fan but half Sheena Easton fan too. Hope for the best through this ongoing situation and chemotherapy, also i love the image of you at 4 years old at the end. Did anyone ever think you looked like Shirley Temple at age 4 ?

Nobody ever mentioned it, lol. I've been a fan of Cyndi's since "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". I've been assured that this second surgery will not be as bad as the first one. Guess I'll have to wait to be the judge of that. Thanks for watching.

Sorry, I've been taking a little break from YT. The weather has been dreary, but my health has been fine. Got some snow a couple of days and we've been getting a little cabin fever so maybe I'll get inspired again soon. Thanks for the well wishes.

The lighting was not good and it was my husband's first attempt at coloring it. I had to wash it a few times to get it toned down a bit. This time I had a better idea of how to get it a soft color.

♥️♥️♥️ Just letting you know I’m not ignoring you...Larrys mom had a massive stroke last Monday and is now in hospice. I’m trying to play a little catchup.🌷🚍. Praying for you♥️♥️♥️

So sorry to hear about your MIL. My mom had hospice care at the end and they were so helpful and understanding and made her last days as comfortable as was possible. I hope she will have the same quality of care. I am doing well after my surgery today. Thank you for coming over and sending prayers.

Don't worry. I believe you can do bald just fine. Lucy looked just fine when she lost her hair. And guess what. When her hair came back in, it was thicker than original. Besides that, it's the most beautiful mix of colors. Maybe something to look forward to? In the meantime, I really like the pink. See ya' soon.
